SINGLE,HAPPY AND PREPARING FOR MARRIAGE. Part 2 WAITING AND WASTING I hate Lagos (Nigeria) traffic, it kills/weigh me down any day. I had a very difficult time enduring the traffic everyday while going to the office or returning home in the evening. It is always bumper to bumper traffic except on a very few occasions. I would rotate my sitting position at intervals, hiss, complain and grumble, ignore my phone calls and squeeze my face all through the journey. I had a change of attitude one day; I discovered that the situation is not as bad as I was taking it. Guess what I did? I bought an ear piece for my phone and put some books in my handbag; I listen to radio program, listen to my stored songs, chat with some friends on my face book but when my battery started crying: I switch to my book and the beautiful part of it all is that I do top it with sleep. *It is not the load that breaks you down It is the way you carry it!* One is waiting and wasting when one does any of the following… 1. Single and bitter against God for a delay 2. Single and hatred for yourself, why me? you keep asking God 3. Single but dating married men/ married women or sugar mummies and daddies 4. Single but in an ungodly relationship 5. Single but cohabiting or living-in with a boyfriend 6. Single but keeping a lady or man you do not wish to marry for any reasons 7. Single and always complaining, crying, moody, harsh towards everybody around you 8. Single hoping to be married yet no vision, no education,no business...JUST waiting for marriage. 9. Single and yet to have a relationship with Christ. 10. Single and living a life of extravagance above your income.
