SMART customer service, Here in Belize, sucks. 2 months of sporadic internet (Caused by whatever forces that are causing them) and when I call and try to get some reason - Nope - nothing and they will do nothing for me. Oh - we are putting up new towers in Toledo - thats why - But Im in Stann Creek - Why should that matter? Im sorry I cannot help you.. Still costs me $150 a month. Actual delivery of the product Im paying for doesnt matter. They just left me hanging with my questions unanswered and no indication as to them doing anything about it - then hung up.
