SN TYCHO 1572.This supernova was discovered in 1572 AD.It is in our Milkyway galaxy const Cassiopaea.Supernovae are formed when White Dwarfs (stars having mass 8-15 times of our sun) explode either due to snatching of materials more than they can digest from their companions or due to own over weight (i mean mass).Would you like to see any overweight person explode and be a supernova or rather superperson!If the mass of the star were more than 20 times of the sun there is the probability that it would become a Black Hole.SN 185 was found by the Chinese in 185 AD,SN 1604 also known as Keplers SN was found in 1604 AD.It is estimated that almost every second a SN is born in our univ(and due to distance could not be seen by us).A SN when explode may brighten the sky with output of light of an entire galaxy and may remain in the sky for several days.
