SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR(FULL TIME) @ WHITE EASTERN SDN BHD Business Nature: Retail trading Environment: Mandarin & English speaking environment Work address: 31-G, Jalan Bestari 4/2, Taman Nusa Bestari, 79150 Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysia Business Hours: [Mon-Fri, 10am – 7pm] [Sat, 10am – 3pm] Job Description: -Daily management of company’s social media operations such as content posting, engage conversations, generating activities, cultivate a continuous social presence and value-add customer experience. -Post contents for feeds and with main focus in generating followers & “discussion-starter” topics in alignment with social media strategies. -Plan, present, execute & evaluate effectiveness of social media strategies for promotions/marketing plans for maximum exposure. -Review and provide appropriate interactions with other users, and transfer inquiries & feedbacks to appropriate departments. -Monitor conversations and consumer comments, and take appropriate actions. -Other tasks assigned and delegated by supervisors. Job Requirements: -Candidate must at least possess a Post Graduate Diploma, post Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/IT or equivalent. -Possess spoken and written knowledge in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Advanced command in English language is strongly preferred. -Digitally savvy and actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities, mainly such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube. -Knowledge in marketing strategies on social media and online advertising on the internet platform. -Pleasantly mannered, well organised, self-motivated, problem solver, able to work with deadlines. Plus Points: -Having advance practical knowledge in imaging, video creation, web building, and programming is a plus point. -Videography, photography skills. -Personal transportation.
