SOE Tabata Tuesday for 10/7/14 Tabata training is a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workout that lasts four minutes. While the Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, it is one of the longest four minutes youll encounter. The structure of the program is: You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds until you complete eight sets. You can do pretty much any exercise you wish. You can do squats, pushups, rows, etc... Any exercise that works your large muscle groups is strongly recommended. Kettlebells work great too. Tomorrow SOEs 20-minute Tabata workout will looks like this: Burpee Box Jumps Swimmers Push Presses Air Squats Start with Box Jump Burpees, Do 20 seconds hard. Rest for 10 seconds and then back to Box Jump Burpees for 20 seconds. Once you completed eight sets of Box Jump Burpees rest for one minute and then move on to Swimmers and repeat the sequence of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off. Once you finish eight sets rest for one minute and then do Push Presses. After Push Presses, finish up with Air Squats.
