Given a NEW HOPE ONLY rating because she is UNDERSTANDABLY extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting or handling, this poor girl is otherwise clean & healthy & weight appropriate other than some moderate gingivitis/tartar, and she hasnt even caught the infamous shelter cough....but the powers that be at the ACC are willing to let her DIE after only 3 days!!!
