I would like to suggest that 70 percent of all traffic ticket and drug bust money must, by law, go back into the community it was taken from, to build roads, parks. into those schools, libraries, any variety of thing to improve that community. To take the money from a community and have it unevenly distributed throughout the city, keeps the disavantaged poor and puts stress on that community. Not only should the chant be Stop Killing Our Kids/People include Stop Taking Our Money and Puttiing It In Your Pockets. The Police have been taking money from the poor communities just as long as they have been taking lives
