SPECIAL shout out 2 u Danny!! If i could have hugged u harder at the end of 2nites run i would have. THANK YOU fr your no man left behind attitude n waiting fr me n encouraging me while i trailed behind 2nites hill runs. Just when i felt my lungs were about 2 pop n i was going 2 become one w/the concrete u came 2 the rescue correcting me on my form n technique 2 tackle those hills. N u stuck w/me till the end!
