STOP: move away from your desk, sit back, or stand back from what you are doing: sit up nice and tall OR stand up nice and tall- close your eyes, relax your shoulders down and back. Roll both shoulders back and down (external rotation) 4x. Next, big inhale, then big exhale. As you exhale relax your shoulders even more. Pause for a few seconds. Big inhale again, and this time on the exhale, think of one thing that makes you smile. Open your eyes, remember that one thing that makes you smile......now back to work!
