Poor Draco is TERRIFIED; he allowed petting, but then his FEAR overtook him, & he acted defensively. Naturally the ACC punished him with New Hope Only & fast-tracked him to the noon kill list for tomorrow, despite the fact that this most excellent kitten is PERFECTLY HEALTHY!
