STX Youth Camp Water Outage Due to an issue with a large water slide, the water holding tank which services the Hill Country Camp in Kerrville, Tx was emptied during the overnight period of 7/29/14 - 7/30/14. As a result, all on-site water supplies were depleted. Both the STX Youth Team and Hill Country Camp staff are actively working toward a solution to this issue by taking the following steps: 1 - A 6,000 gallon water tanker has been ordered to replenish the fresh water holding tank, and will arrive this morning. 2 - Bottled water has been delivered for all students. 3 - Portable restrooms are being delivered to be placed throughout the campus. We place utmost value upon the health and safety of our campers, and are taking proactive steps to resolve this issue immediately. We expect water to be completely restored by early afternoon, Wednesday, July 30, 2014.
