Placement class day one. Placement is based on instructor approval and is not negotiable. All dancers receive the same quality instructors. This session is intended primarily for teens who are looking to improve their ballet technique and their ability to learn increasingly complex combinations. Younger dancers with significant technique class and/orperformance experience may also be accepted at the discretion of the director. Register early-- class sizes extremely limited. DANCE SAMPLER Dates: July 8-18 Days: Mondays through Thursdays (8 days of classes) Time: 10:00 am-12 noon Level: Confident Beginners & Beginner/Intermediate Notes: Approx. ages 8-14 Costs: Both weeks $145 or one week only: $80 This session is intended for new dance students who would like to try a big variety of classes. Whether you enjoy performing and music theater and are considering branching out, or if you have always wanted to try dance but never got the chance, this session is for you. Ballet class every day gives you the structure you need with modern dance, folk dance, character class, improvisation, tap, hip-hop and african dance also on the dance sampler menu.. CREATIVE MOVEMENT AGES 5 & 6 Dates: July 24-August 1 Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays (6 days of classes) Time: 10:00 am-11:30 pm Notes: This class is intended for confident five and six year olds. Costs: $90 A structured class with fun & creativity built-in to help spark the joy of movement. Dancer must bring a snuggly, a drink in a non-spill container and a snack with them .
