SUMMER INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY: Prudential Financial (Investment Management) Title: Financial Professional Associate Internship Program Description: Prudential is proud to offer an exciting approximately year-long Internship Program that can prepare you for future enrollment in our formal Career Development Program for Financial Professional Associates (FPAs). The objective of the FPA Internship Program is to give you an opportunity to explore a career that offers continuous growth through professional development. You will gain exposure to many aspects of the FPA role and work alongside seasoned professionals who will share their expertise and insights on what it takes to succeed at Prudential. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS • Up to 37.5 hours/week during the summer months between junior and senior year • Approximately 5–10 hours/week during the school year with some flexibility provided • Opportunity to conduct broad-scale marketing and demographic research • On the job observation of financial professionals • Team-building exercises • Formal coaching and feedback from experienced management professionals • Competitive compensation package During the course of this Internship Program, you will also receive the training you need to become licensed to sell life and health insurance products, prior to your graduation from college. Then, upon completion of your Internship, you will have the chance to enter into our Career Development Program to “test drive” the FPA career before entering into a full-time commitment with Prudential.
