Samsung Electronics HR Business Partner-RetailDallas/Fort Worth Area, US - Telecommunications Responsible for the high-level support provided by the Human Resources department. This role will be focused on Retail support to multiple sites and locations. This role owns the HRIS database and presents reports to other managerial staff. This role also ensures that STA HR programs are consistently administered and in compliance with government regulations, company policies and diversity needs. Problems and issues faced are vague, but may be recognizable based on past experiences. Job has higher autonomy to direct some level of reasoning and logical analyses in order to form solutions to problems. Develops and assists more junior HR staff. Provides HR support and guidance to management per STA policies. Primary point of contact between Line Organizations and HR management to address issues in all HR functions, including benefits, employee relations, staffing, and compensation. Manages and ensures employee information is updated in HRIS including copy of resumes, application forms, performance evaluation, history, and organizational charts. Communicate and maintain employee relations within supported organization to monitor their job satisfaction. Assists HR organization in implementing training and other programs as requested. Collects data from multiple sources including SAP, HRIS and individuals related to headcount, labor costs and other related data. Assist with month-end reporting as necessary including various HR metrics. Acts as liaison between Management and HR management to address issues in all HR functions, including benefits, employee relations, staffing, and compensation. Generate queries to provide management with updated employee information. Other projects and ad hoc reporting as requested. Responsible for routine or standard technical problems and responds to standard requests from internal and external customers. Makes decisions within guidelines and policies. Is accountable for the contributions of the project sub-team.
