Samvad, a new initiative by Olakh had it’s first ever session yesterday - 20th of August from 5 PM onwards. The first topic of Samvad was - Peace and War (Centering the issue of Israel and Palestine). The event was not only enlightening and fruitful but also interesting with the support of the participants coming from a very diverse background. The event included Films, Statistics, PPTs and Debates which made it all the more worthwhile. We, the youth, have forgotten to raise questions and have opinions... said one of our young participants. This is where Samvad comes into the picture because we in Samvad, believe in the power of Voice. You can join us too in our initiative to sensitize and get engaged in social reform and developmental process - Be a part of Samvad, every third Wednesday of each month from 6 PM to 8 PM at Olakh.
