*Saturday, August 23* Mala means garland. It is a representation of all moments, past and future, strung together to the present. It can also be understood as moments, or people, united to make something bigger and greater than any one individual. Spiral Branch Yoga may have begun as my dream over two years ago, but it was the encouragement and support of many who turned it into a brick and mortar reality last August. I thoroughly enjoyed putting together this little review of the last two years.
