Saturday, August 24, 2013. Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed ~NIV~ The spirit of Christ which came on us when He died on the cross was to strengthen us to preach the Gospel to the poor, bring freedom to the oppressed and the prisoners. They are poor,oppressed and prisoners not because they have no money or are criminals but, because they do not know the WORD and are not saved by the BLOOD that has made you and I who we are. Be an ambassador of the Good News and let all in chains and all forms of bondages be saved as we are saved. Prayer: Lord Almighty, I set myself, today, as an ambassador of Your WORD to help unbelievers know Your WORD and live in Your Grace also. Strengthen me with Your favour for this task ahead. Amen.
