Saturday Day 3 of Positives 1) I awoke early so I went out to the lake at the front of our home to meditate on the sun rise, it was truly beautiful, I felt the positive energy of the sun as it grew, I stayed there for a few hours in silence, out in nature connecting to the Angels and my guides. 2) Spent the afternoon with my Gorgeous boys, my husband Paul, sons Simon and Greg and grandson Greg. Simon has a fantastic sense of humor and always makes us laugh, no matter what is going on in our lives he brings humor to it, such a wise one :-) 3) Spent the evening just relaxing with Paul, he gave me a lovely foot massage
