“Saw Bruno Mars perform last night, and if you haven’t seen his show I highly recommend it. Funky, soulful and genuine. Not Ride The Pony, Ginuwine, but he did give a shot out to some 90’s R&B soulsters during his set. Anyway, dude brought it. And in an era where more than half of today’s male singers sound Castrato and unoriginal, BM is a throwback to Doo Wop, Soul, and a refreshing burst of Island flavor -- Bam Bam ba-ba-be-dam. Most importantly, he was enjoying himself on stage and that made our normal LA crowd dance and sing with him. Normally, a crowd which is too cool for school and sitting on its hands, were clapping and partying from start to glitter bomb finish. Big ups to this cat. He rocked the house.”
