Saw this video on my friends timeline (Frank Parmir). It immediately reminded me of something that happened to me a while back. My buddy Jame & I were hitch-hiking just outside Atlanta, heading south to Florida... and this old couple stopped to give us a ride... musta been in their early 70s. They said they werent going far, but would get us through Atlanta. In the back seat they had a cooler of pop & several brown paper bags. They gave each of us a paper bag & a pop... inside there was a ham sandwich, with lettuce & tomato; a small baggie of potato chips; an orange; and a brownie. We were elated! This sweet old couple was driving around picking up strangers & handing out these lunches all around their hometown! This happened over 30 years ago... I never forgot it & I suppose I never will! :)
