Scenario:I call a restaurant to ask if I can order a burger w/o bun & if anything else in burger other than the 100% pure beef they advertise on website.Girl on phone VERY helpful..turns out they put breadcrumbs in.I asked a lot of ?s so that I wouldnt get sick. Hubby goes to pick up our order & hears owner YELL from the back at girl who is giving him our order & taking a phone call at same time youre spending too much time on the phone...is it that lady calling back again?. Hubby was floored. I called back & told girl sorry you just lost 2 customers as well as I will tell everyone I know in our small town and will contact local paper. This lady spent $30 on 2 souvlaki dinners which were totally overcooked. The place...Rallis Burger, Acton, ON. Dont go there. He shouldnt be running a business. No customer should hear something like that, even if they werent involved.
