Scouts story is a sad one.His owner bent over to kiss him good bye, tears streaming down his face as he told Scout how much he loved him. Scouts daddy has health issues that prevent him from caring for Scout any longer, and try as he might, he could not find family or friends who would open their doors to sweet Scout. Scout is 12 years of age, house broken, leash trained, he DOES appear to be deaf, he LOVES car rides, playing ball and leading a low key lifestyle Scout doesnt move very fast, so a home with children over 10 years of age would be best. 12 years is admirable for Beagles, and with aging comes the lumps and bumps of life. Scout has moderate dental tartar and would benefit from a full senior blood profile at his new family vet. He is also a smidge overweight.
