Self criticism is one of the most disruptive inner processes and a big barrier to hapines and well being. Even makin jokey comments about our own size has a negative impact on our body image. When we pt ourselvs down its easy to asume others r thinkin the same. You begin to think the outside world and ur inner world r condemin and critical, u have nowhere safe, calm and kind to go -IS IT ANY WONDER THAT WE TURN TO FOOD FOR COMFORT?
