Senior Chemist Voorhees, NJ The Senior Chemist will develop, validate, troubleshoot and optimize analytical methods for drug substances and drug products. The Senior Chemist will provide leadership to the lab team through improvement initiatives, routine testing support, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance. Ideal Candidate will have B.S. and 7 - 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical QC and/or R&D Laboratory setting and have experience with: • Method development and validation. • Oral and written communication skills a must with strong leadership skills. • The ideal candidate must be able to clearly communicate technical material to non-technical audience in discussions as well as protocols, reports, investigations, procedures. • Must have Bench experience with Raw Materials and Finished Products. • An initiative to keep abreast of regulatory /industry practices and changes to maintain state of compliance is necessary. • Experience with HPLC using Waters software, KF, FTIR, Dissolution apparatus and other standard lab equipment.
