September 1 of every year is my favorite day to turn the calendar page to a new month. September through the end of the year is my favorite time of the year, with Fall being my very favorite season. Although it doesnt actually begin until around September 22, Im always ready to get a headstart on it on the first day of the month! Got my favorite farm-y, apple-y, pumpkin-y scents going and am tempted to start putting up the fall decorations. But I will hold myself back a few days. There just never seem to be enough days of the Fall season for me. With the county fair going on this week, thats always a fun way to start the month. I love Fall drives to see the changing colors across our beautiful state, especially in the Ozarks. Razorback football will be in full swing. Daughter & granddaughter have late September birthdays; grandson has late October birthday. Love, love Thanksgiving. And after all thats over, then theres Christmas... :)
