He commented on the slow, smooth lift of the opener...to which I told him the opener was dying, thus the reason is is slow...very slow. So he told me how his lift motor went out and it was covered by warranty even after 11 years. He said I should call about mine. So I did. Spent an hour+ on the phone with Chamberlain this evening, and I went through all their troubleshooting Q&A. At the end of the call I was told they were sending me a new door opener. For free. Shipping for free. Saved us at least $300! BAM!!! BAM!!!
