Shared this in my health and fitness support group and just had to share it with all of you. Shes super cute in this little clip but what Im more proud of is how she joins us on her own. No one is telling her come and exercise or this is good for you. She makes the decision to get away from the iPad and to get moving with mommy and daddy. And shes 5. :) I was 37 when I decided I needed to get moving.
