Sharing James Ottos upload, for those of you that knew me before the crash, Ill admit I talked a lot on my cell but texting, Im not able nor are many able to multitask and consider the consequences of who they may injury or kill. Including themselves. I was rear ended by a texting semi driver that never hit his brakes. The damage he did no me both physical and mentally had such a ripple effect that has changed my life forever. As an ED RN for 20 years Ive seen the worst case scenarios however you never think it could happen to you and I never saw the struggles about how they get there lives back together. I still ride occasionally but the rides are short and my days are long. So please watch out for motorcyclist, for me it wasnt just transportation it was a passion that I truly miss.
