She pauses, taking a brief moment to assess her composure. Frankly, it shouldnt have mattered to her. There were words which in this instance had to be spoken, but her pride ensured she kept conscious as to her emotional state. With a clear voice she said John, we pro8a8ly wont even 8e alive tomorrow. Ive grown up with luck 8ecause I never had anything solid to rely on. May8e thats why you were so... different. You were relia8le, solid. You almost made me forget I will never have anything more than luck to save me. 8ut of course, you like all others, left. Found that what you saw in me was not what you desired. I was not capa8le of hiding who Ive 8ecome, /what/ Ive 8ecome. 8ut at least, I suppose as some small mercy, Ive known what its like to really love. Wow, in the end I couldnt even 8e a real monster. Just a luke warm vat of generic murder and aspiration, varnished with misinterpretations and controversy, like every anti-hero in every story. I dont want you to pretend, or say you love me, or say youre sorry, we 8oth know these words mean nothing to you. You hate me, remem8er? I just want you to leave me alone now. Her voice falters barely audibly, before she falls silent, head bowing slightly
