Shortcut Shortcake!!! This works for raspberries or strawberries!! 1 - 16oz tube of refrigerated large biscuits 1 lb. Raspberries or Strawberries 1/2 Cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 Cups whipped cream or whipped topping Place biscuits 2 inches apart on cookie sheet; flatten with your hand, then bake in a 375F oven for 13-15 min. or until tops are golden. Meanwhile, have berries and toss with sugar, vanilla, 2 Tbsp water, and a pinch of salt. Stir a few times. When biscuits are done, cool slightly, split and layer with berries, their juices and cream. Super simple and yummy!
