Shrinking Violet is permanent inch loss as its break down fat not water. Its permanent with good diet and exercise ... like any weight loss really. 90 minute session includes full body dry exfoliate and body brush, measurements taken before and after, the oil massaged in to your whole body and then a wrap (which looks a little like cling film) you are then lay down for an hour on a heated bed and covered in blankets.
