Since I have started this 90 day healthy eating challenge- I have found God again. I met a very nice lady I get to call every night to say goodnight to her and cant wait to hear from her in the morning. I am now off my blood pressure medicine. I sleep all night long, my hands dont shake anymore and my tennis elbow doesnt hurt anymore, my skin has cleared up, I can run 2 miles without slowing down and I can Plank for a minute+ without rest. All this and I have dropped 3 pants sizes and 2 shirt sizes with a total of over 30lbs. weight loss. I never thought I could do all of this and its thanks to Roanna Hooton and her Healthy Eating Challenge. The cost is only $100.00 but to me it means a healthy more active life style. I get me time but also have more family time. Im over-all more healthy and happy. Is it hard?? Yes its very hard, is it achievable yes to everyone that truly commits to it. The $100.00 gets you support, classes & many more enjoyable years with the people you love...its priceless!
