Since Love Will Tear Us Apart caused an epic-length thread that is still going on this page, and today would have been Elvis 80th birthday (and of course is the birthday of the ageless David Bowie; plenty of posts on that), I thought I would post oddity. Even trying to describe this guy sounds like something out of a weird movie: hes a British guy named James Brown who performs contemporary songs in the style of Elvis, who his voice uncannily resembles, and sometimes sings them in Japanese. I read an article about him once (thats how I knew this existed), he doesnt seem to want to be lumped in with Elvis impersonators, even if he half-asses the look for photo shoots, though I still think as far as good taste goes he could be considered... dubious.
