Singles Knockout Competition Second & Third Round Draw The draw for the Second and Third Rounds has been made and is to be played on Monday 9th December 2013. Licensees are requested to provide the normal table facilities and all games are to be played under world rules. All matches are to be played over the best of five frames. The first match is to be played at 8:00pm and the players in the second match are to be at the venues no later than 8:15pm. The winner of the first game will play the winner of the second game and this will be the Third Round. Results to be communicated by the winners of each game to the League Secretary by close of business Friday 13th December 2013.
