Sion Hill Ltd - JOB OPPORTUNITY Tel : (246) 422-2274 Sion Hill Ltd (the company) is looking for the perfect candidate for immediate employment for its new position of “Qualified Dive Instructor” The Company is investing in dive tourism seeking to attract customers both locally and internationally to the company and to interface with our existing rental facilities. The ideal candidate must be:- 1. An individual. The Company is not looking to hire private contractors, firms or companies. 2. People oriented and able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and from different countries. 3. Self motivated and able to bring in and attract potential customers for the company. The candidate must be able to market the company’s services on his own. 4. Safety oriented and be able to provide clear safety precautions and adhere to such standards. Previous dive training and experience for no less than 5 years is required. 5. Able bodied, and have life saving and life preserving training and experience. 6. Disciplined and punctual. Persons with poor work ethics or ineffective standards will not be considered; 7. Able to communicate in and write English Language (UK/Formal Caribbean) well; The dive services is a new service being offered by the Company, and it is intended that the ideal candidate be able to manage this aspect as a separate entity of the Company’s business with little supervision. The candidate will be required to submit reports and recommendations to the Company and must provide thorough accounts to the Company when called upon. Preference will be given to candidates with PADI qualifications or other recognised equivalents. Other dive qualifications (such as cave diving) would be of interest.
