Sitagu Sayadaw was in Calgary, #Alberta yesterday and he gave a lecture to Buddhist study students from the University of #Calgary about the role of #Buddhism in the 21st Century from global and #Myanmar perspectives. The event was organized by Myanmar Calgary Temple – one of the four Burmese Buddhist associations in Canada. In Alberta, Sitagu Sayadaw took a short break from his busy schedule and visited the Royal Tyrrell Museum - one of the largest dinosaur museums in the world. It is located near the Dinosaur Provincial Park – A UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its abundant fossils and stunning canyon landscape.
