Wear them, dont push them! 5) kitchen side: do a week of push ups, standing up and using the kitchen side - increase the number each day until you hit 20/30 6) run on the spot as fast as you can every advert break 7) if at home, leave your phone in high places, reaching helps stretch your muscles out 8) use your sofa or any chair to tricep dip- sit on the chair, put your palms either side of your hips, slide of the chair, holding up your own body weight and start lowering/raising yourself using your arms 9) stand up more at work! You burn extra calories 10) when driving, in ques, clench and relax butt cheeks and push your hands against the steering wheel, keeping your arms straight 11) dont take the lift to your car in a shopping centre, use the stairs 12) go shopping! Free step class right there! 15) keep moving! If youre at home, dont bother walking around your house, jog around it 16) make love.... Vigourously ;) 17) jog/walk or cycle to work 18) play with your kids - dont stick them I front of the telly! An hour of play burns up between 100-250 calories and keeps you moving! 19) do squats whilst brushing your teeth- the loo is the perfect height for the perfect squat! Set your stopwatch for 2 minutes, and hover squats over that loo baby! Your teeth will be whiter and your butt will be tighter! 20) whilst on the phone, step from foot to foot/lunge/walk/squat.... Youll soon learn which of your friends are the biggest talkers! Phone them more, work out more! Now! Go about your day!
