Snowplow Operation: Municipal crews are responding to the current weather system affecting our area. Crews have been actively maintain main lines and arterial roads. Crews will commened full scale city wide plowing operations at 8:00 a.m. This includes sidewalk plow routes. Crescents and cul-de-sacs will be addressed by contractor loaders and this equipment start time is staggered to allow plow trucks to complete their work. Residents are reminded to provide space to allow plow equipment to work. If possible residents should avoid parking on the street as it hinders plow equipment. Residents will need to exercise caution when driving or walking as the current rate of snow fall may lead to less than ideal road or sidewalk conditions. Residents are reminded to monitor the weather before traveling. As this event progresses throughout the day crews will continue to respond.
