So, 2015 is very much here and I cant help but say how much I love this time of year. Everyone seems to be in a good mood and genuinely excited for what the future holds. There is an energy in the world that unfortunately, begins to dwindle pretty quickly over the next few weeks. That said, if I have a wish for anything, I want everyone, including myself, to hold on to that energy that we have right now. Maybe we dont need to feel renewed once a year. Maybe we can set the same standards and goals for ourselves each month, or even each week, and feel refreshed and alive and excited for the future much more often. For me, I know that staying inspired and motivated will always be a challenge. I dont know ONE artist who doesnt fight the battle with creative inspiration every single day. So that, above anything, is what I wish for all my producer friends, students, fans, etc. I wish you guys the most inspired, creative, motivated year you can possibly muster up. And I know you have it in you. So, drink some coffee. Get to work. And do some epic shit. I cant wait to see what we create together in the year to come.
