So I am in process of installing cameras in every room in my place that cover every square foot of my living space bathroom included. Then I will provide a direct Ip address for 24/7 live streaming of my entire existence at home to all federal, state, and local government agencies. I figure after about 30 days of watching me do my yoga routine (which I generally do naked.) along with sitting in front of a mirror try to completely master Nauli & Uddiyana Bandha, Uddiyan I have down but nauli well I can do the lock and roll to the left side but the fluid circular rolls are very strained and for some reason the left side is much easier than right for some reason. Plus lets not forget showering and shaving my balls. Dancing around to old 80’s gothic music again generally in the raw too. Of course the terrorist act of Laying in bed reading. I figure they will get bored and turn feed off problem solved IMHO.
