So I am wondering about service dogs.....saw a man today in a wheel chair who had a service dog, but it was just walking around the store loosely following the man with its leash dragging after it......the pup came over and said hi to me. Now I did have a blind Uncle who had a leader dog and it was very clear that Lucky was a working service dog in action when he was out and about I just do not understand the dog I saw today and some of the others that I have seen out??? Dana Romer I know you have to have a thought or answer here......maybe?
