So I get Cynthia spencer at 3.45pm this time last year and mums in and out of awareness, my brother and his family are rapidly making their way back from France, gladly they made it at midnight. It was to be the last time I rested my head on her chest like a child, and the hardest words when my brother got there was, its ok sweetheart, you can go now, she acknowledged him by opening her eyes but no sound, we stayed in the same room all night on duty with our mum/wife dying... But we were there!! We said our goodbyes, thankfulness and gratitude throughout the night and mum peacefully slipped away 9.00am mon 5th aug, we didnt want her to go, but we knew she was tired and had had enough, rip mumma, gone but never forgotten! Xxx
