So I got into something on one of the Maltese lists. Someone posted about a puppy (presumably) biting while playing. One of the other posters suggested doing alpha rolls and asserting themselves as a Pack Leader. I clearly upset this person when I shared some of my favorite scientific responses to the myths of dominance theory. It is hard to communicate in some of these forums an opposing viewpoint without sounding confrontational I suppose, but of course, the person who posted about pack leadership became sarcastic when I posted my articles.
