So I have been adding a lot more boxing into my routine. Some is simply shadow boxing while adding in various kicks. Some is using the reflex and obviously a lot is hitting the heavy bag. Additionally I have been adding in plyo moves such as star jumps and burpees into the mix. I must say, this is some of the best training I have done in a while. Naturally I am still hitting the iron, but the added combat skills is making me find muscles I have not felt in a while! No matter how long you have been training, you can still find ways to improve!
