So I have been thinking....Instead of using this as an extended to badmouth one another (BTW calling the GOP, insane, etc.? Its been done. Some of us agree, some dont, but either be original or dont use that one again.) why not consider solving the start up problems by actually working together. Give the government agencies that might have a clue, and hope of correcting the technical glitches a chance (AND THE MONEY) to do their jobs. Then, actually make them DO THEIR JOBS. Of course things are going to get delayed, so quit whining about it both sides. Get a handle on what the delays will probably be, and give us the information ASAP. Again, ASAP. In meantime figure out what you need to do to avoid extensive liability and assumption, thereof for those folks whose insurance will no longer function at a given point, but have tried to use the system. Dont whine, about it. Own up to it and fix it. Obamacare (ACA) is here to stay, with delay, or without, but a delay seems inevitable so make that assumption. We are all, going to be participants. As a person of conscience I like the idea that every citizen will have some coverage and peace of mind. I also like the idea of discouraging people from using the ER as a routine health care stop. So far, the technical stuff I dont like so much. So Executive Branch and Congress (yeah, both of your houses), I propose you consider this a rare, maybe even one time gift to the citizens of the country you represent. Just do this. Quit whining. Just do this.
