So I just got off the phone with my ski buddy in san antonio.....we were skiing at Apache in Ruidoso NM. At mid mountain we stopped to grab a burger at an outdoor bbq.....well we witnessed the most unique method of draining fat out of a burger....this 350 lb Hopi Indian grillmaster took the patty put it between the bun ...then with both hands and bun in the praying position he squeezed the burger togther...as we watched the fat cascading out he looks up and says would ya like a burger....do this day he probobly still dosnt realize what these two palefaces were laughing at.....we were looking at our next food network star....
