So I listened to a contemporary Christian music station this morning on the drive to Cottonwood. Its admittedly been a while since I listened to CCM, as I tend to listen more to folk music, punk rock, or Celtic music. The music itself wasnt bad, but what struck me was the fact that for three songs in a row...I had no idea I was listening to a Christian music station. The songs all just sounded like secular pop love songs, until I realized that one said Lord in the place of what would probably have been baby. Weird. And a bit disheartening.
