So I need some help. Bought a few cast iron skillets. Not sure what I need to do to season, (heard that you rub some oil on them and store them back in your cabinet?). Well, thats okay, but when I started to cook, the food...which was a huge skillet cookie took on such an oily taste! It was awful! Granted, I had to make myself eat that entire huge cookie by myself! Haha...but whats the right way to season, cook, and store your cast iron pans? Plus, I made eggs in them and all they were doing were sticking. :( and as long as this note is SO LONG...any of you have good recipes for cast iron? Thanks ladies!
