So I started my new job today and I have to say that I think that I will really like this .Who knew that I worked at a place for almost ten years and was continually made to feel beneath people and that it was crossing the line to be friends with you boss .I walked a few weeks ago into a place where I had given notice almost ten years ago and on good terms not only was I made to feel welcome but I was also made to feel we are all equal and job description was just that a description I am so happy to try this new job and I truly feel that all that was promised will be received not only that when cost of living raises go around all staff get them not a select few. So to my old administrator I would like to say thank you for demeaning me time after time and pisses me off enough to try something else because no matter what she thinks I am worthy and she is not.She is just what she has a title and in my opinion she knows where she can stick that title I am moving on to bigger and better things. Wish me luck oh and did I mention no weekends or holidays and same pay rate to start that it took nine years to make.
