So I thought I met a true life hero when I learned my employee worked for HRA for 51 years!!!! (yeah, do the math....) then I learned he has marched in the Macys day parade for 20+ years. Today he blew my mind, he was at #HomeDepot t in Chelsea about 1 aisles away from the shooting yesterday (he was looking for help in lighting then went to another area because no staff where present)...he ran from the store and while outside he rescued a dog that ran from the store without a leash or collar. #bestfriendtomansbestfriend Did he stop there? No. People instagrammed and facebooked the dog for an hour with no response, so he found a pet store two blocks away and they were unable to scan the dog but they gave him a collar and leash and water for the dog, then he walked the dog 10+ blocks to a pet store where the pet store scanned the dog, identified the breeder, called the breeder, who identified the pet store, called the pet store, who identified the owner!!! the owner was so grateful, he thought the microchip had been registered! #checkyourregistrations #Morris showed me the pictures of himself with the owner and the dog...um....I never thought I would meet a hero in person and then I did. #amazing #herosarereal #youcanbeahero #morris
